Terms and Conditions

Reservations are recommended to secure your preferred dates. A full payment may be required at the time of booking for nightly stays. For weekly or monthly inquiries, please contact us directly.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may result in additional charges unless previously approved.

Guests are expected to maintain clean, orderly sites. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activity will result in removal from the premises without refund.

Friendly pets are welcome. They must be kept on a leash at all times and never left unattended outside. Please clean up after your pet immediately.

J & J RV Park is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to property. Guests use the facilities at their own risk.

Management reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests are responsible for reviewing the current terms upon check-in.
